On this episode of Campfire Nucamp's CEO, Ludo, was joined by Nucamp Instructor and Front End Developer, Victor Swanberg.

Campfire is a live, virtual show where Ludo has casual conversations with those in the tech industry (and those looking to join tech as well) to inspire and help anyone along in their coding journey.

Ludo's guest, Victor, has been a Nucamp instructor for over a year and has taught the introductory HTML-CSS-JavaScript course and now is focusing on teaching bootstrap within the Full Stack bootcamp.

Holding multiple jobs at the same time, Victor speaks to the importance of combating imposter syndrome and burnout; as they may never go away, but do get easier to identify and battle with time.

Victor completed a Computer Science degree but talks about how he feels his degree didn't give him the real-world skills he had to learn on his own.

I'm all about using my creativity to craft captivating stories through both illustration and writing. When I'm not at my computer, you'll find me drawing nature inspired patterns and portraits on my other favorite screen: my iPad. To keep myself inspired (and to get away from my slight tech addiction) I garden, golf, and go on nature walks with my dog and cat leading the way.
